Mondays from 9 to 9:45 a.m. | Wednesdays from 5:30 to 6:15 p.m.
Improve the function of your body and recover better from your workouts.
Class begins with foam rolling for self-myofascial release (the fascia is the connective tissue that surrounds and supports muscles), which can also alleviate post-workout soreness.
We continue with deep stretching and conclude with balance exercises.
Barre Sculpt
Fridays from 6:45 to 7:35 a.m.
Barre Sculpt combines elements of ballet, Pilates, and strength training to sculpt and tone the body. It uses low-impact, controlled movements, often with light weights or resistance bands, to target specific muscle groups. The focus is on building strength, improving posture, and increasing flexibility while achieving a more defined physique.
