Kregg & Regan grew up in the White Mountains, and are marrying this Saturday at their home in Monroe. For their engagement photos, however, they chose a place way different than the North Country.

As a Merchant Marine, Kregg is often at work for weeks at a time, captaining a tug boat. On his way home, he and Regan met in Boston, where they invited me to join them for the evening.

We started at Faneuil Hall, and made our way over to the Quincy Marketplace.

Kregg has stayed in the Mariners House before, so we stopped by for a visit.

I love the bricks and doorways of the North End!

But my favorite backdrop were these arches at the Christopher Columbus Waterfront Park.

What a beautiful ending to a lovely day in the city.
